Getting to and from Rugby

Our Eden Park development is ideally positioned in a well-connected area, making it a perfect base for commuters, as well as families wanting places to explore on weekends.

Our new homes are situated close to both the M6 and M1 motorways, providing major routes across the Midlands and beyond. The M6 is ideal for straightforward journeys between Coventry and Birmingham, while the M1 connects Rugby residents with Northampton, Milton Keynes and London. Rugby railway station is just a short drive away and is served by Avanti West Coast, West Midlands Railway and CrossCountry line with services to Birmingham, Coventry and London. A dedicated station car park makes commuting by train a practical option for those living in our new homes in Rugby.

Local bus services stop close to the entrance of the development for regular routes into Rugby town centre and the railway station, making it easy to leave the car at home for everyday journeys.

Draycote Water provides scenic walking and cycling routes around its reservoir, while Swift Valley Nature Reserve, Newbold Quarry Country Park and Caldecott Park offer peaceful places to enjoy the outdoors closer to our new homes. The Oxford Canal also provides picturesque towpaths for leisurely walks and bike rides through the Warwickshire countryside.

Alongside the town’s major shopping destinations, regular markets showcase Rugby’s long-standing tradition for independent shopping. A vibrant choice of cafés, restaurants and traditional pubs can also be found across the town, from elegant afternoon tea to French cuisine, alongside a selection of popular Indian, Thai and international restaurants.

Outside of Rugby, there’s even more to explore. The historic village of Dunchurch offers charming streets and a traditional country pub, while Stanford Hall and Ryton Organic Gardens have beautiful gardens, historic architecture and seasonal events to enjoy on days out.
