"Which is our dream to go on a property ladder and thank goodness it happened. Their communications, Bloor Homes was absolutely amazing. They were so helpful, very professional. First just crossing the door and asking and you know they always with a smile and give us lots of lots of advice how to go smoothly through that process. We are very grateful, we helped to buy scheme, we obviously knew that was there, we didn't know how that works but thanks to Bloor Homes get the advisors to use the mortgage advisor people they done all the hard work basically. We work as a team with Bloor Homes, which is good yeah. And the kitchens, the worktop um I think we knew what we want as well because obviously we got prepared for online so we roughly knew what we after and they had similar or pretty much the same what we liked. We're wishing the new customers such a great experience and like we had and hopefully they're going to be really happy same way like we are. And yes, thank you again to Bloor Homes for everything."
