Derek and Kerrie discuss the benefits of buying from Bloor 

Derek and Kerrie share their positive experience purchasing a Bloor home at the Wistaston Brook estate, praising the quality of construction, smooth buying process, and helpful sales staff and site managers. Watch or read their story below.

"We have bought a Bloor Home, it's a Wyatt in style and we're at the Wistaston Brook estate in Wistaston, Cheshire. Our daughter and partner live on this estate and I was really impressed. We both weren't looking when uh, when we saw the quality of the construction and I thought she's a better quality than I built my own self builds. We obviously came to have a look at the Bloor estate because of well close to us and coming around the show homes we were very impressed but at that time we weren't on the market. With the last daughter moving out and then moving on to this estate that was the main factor for us to carry on. 

We liked the layout, didn't we love the layout? I love the position of the house and to be honest from start to finish it was all very smooth sailing. It helps that the sales staff and all the people that were all very helpful. Mike and Joe were the site manager and I think Joe's Mike's understudy. Yeah they were really good. Yeah any problems we had their phone numbers they came around straight away, but fortunately for them we didn't have any problems or not many at all, not many. Yeah I mean it was a really short snag list. 

Where we are it's fantastic because we have the grandchildren, the little parks only just down the road we have dogs so we can walk round the field and it's a very nice community. We would definitely recommend Bloor to friends and family, our daughter is on the estate, her house is completely different to ours. We could have lived in that style as well, but we're here."
