"Hi, my name’s Adele.
My name's Tom.
We’ve just moved into a Bloor Makenzie in Wavendon Green.
We chose this house mainly because we've got three bedrooms all a decent size, with the main bedroom upstairs being massive. It’s quite a good house for us, it's good because we both work from home and yeah, it's got a good amount of space.
We decided to do help to buy. It’s been really useful for us, having just the 5% deposit. Especially with how expensive house prices are at the moment. It just helped us have that money there to save and just get on the property ladder a lot quicker.
The reason why we chose Bloor was they offer more space, we found, than other housing developers. So, that's more space around the property, more space in the property. As well it feels like a good location because it's very central to a lot of things. So, it's quite close to middle kings, it's quite close to my way so when I'm commuting to go back home or on my commute to go to work it's very easy to get to.
The customer service from Bloor was great from start to finish, even before we’d actually reserved the property. I think in one day we might have seen four developers and Bloor, for us were the ones that stood out as the best. I’d definitely recommend Bloor. I’ve literally shouted about it to everyone."
