How does the Bloor Homes Assisted Move Scheme Work?
We make it straightforward for you to move into the home you've been dreaming about, with a refined, seamless process.
1. Pick out your new Bloor home – Explore one of our developments in the area you're considering. Our friendly sales team are on hand to talk about what we can do to help you move into the one you love.
2. Get independent valuations – We'll ensure you receive fair, independent valuations of your existing property from at least two local estate agents.
3. Sell your home – You can usually expect a formal offer for your current property, based on these valuations, within 48 hours.
4. Move in on your timeline – All you need to do is pay a £750 reservation fee upon acceptance of our offer. Then, everything will be coordinated by your solicitor and our helpful team, ensuring you can move into your new Bloor home whenever works for you – without having to worry about a chain.

Once the valuation has been agreed, we will help sell your home for four weeks. If your house sells, the process time can vary, depending on a range of factors. You'll be kept up to date through the process and should be given a rough idea of the time frame by your solicitor.
If your house is not sold within four weeks, we'll discuss the best way forward so that you don't lose out on your new home.
