With Assisted Move, Bloor Homes will arrange a free valuation, work with trusted local estate agents to secure a quick sale, and we'll even contribute towards your estate agent fees. From expert guidance to proactive marketing, every step is handled for you – so you can focus on planning your move into your new Bloor home.
Whether you're upsizing, downsizing, or relocating, the Bloor Homes Assisted Move Scheme makes moving simpler, more cost-effective, and completely hassle-free.
How does the Bloor Homes Assisted Move Scheme Work?
We make it straightforward for you to move into the home you've been dreaming about, with a refined, seamless process.
1. Pick out your new Bloor home – Explore one of our developments in the area you're considering. Our friendly sales team are on hand to talk about what we can do to help you move into the one you love.
2. Get independent valuations – We'll ensure you receive fair, independent valuations of your existing property from at least two local estate agents.
3. Put your home on the market – We work with the estate agent to handle any marketing, viewing and negotiations for your property. In the meantime, we will take the plot you're interested in off the market for four weeks.
4. Sell your property – Once you receive an acceptable offer, the sale will move forward as normal. We will look after the property chain and keep you updated on the sale process.
5. Moving in – Once the sale completes, Bloor will contribute to the estate agent fees and pay directly to the estate agent - saving you money on fees.

Once the valuation has been agreed, we will help sell your home for four weeks. If your house sells, the process time can vary, depending on a range of factors. You'll be kept up to date through the process and should be given a rough idea of the time frame by your solicitor.
If your house is not sold within four weeks, we'll discuss the best way forward so that you don't lose out on your new home.
