What is the Assisted Move Scheme with Bloor Homes?

How Assisted Move works:

Step 1: Select your Bloor home from one of our developments.
Step 2: Agree a price with an estate agent and market your property.
Step 3: Sell your home and receive updates throughout the process.
Step 4: Move into your new home.

Make your move as easy as possible:

Our Assisted Move Scheme is designed to give you peace of mind and make your move as smooth as possible.

  • Hassle-Free Valuation & Sale: We’ll arrange professional property valuations and work with you to agree on a fair market price. We’ll then help sell your existing home over the next 4 weeks. If it doesn’t sell within that time, we’ll review the options together to ensure you don’t miss out on your new Bloor home.
  • Full Sales Support: We manage the entire selling process, keep you informed with regular updates, and track progress every step of the way.
  • No Estate Agent Fees: We’ll cover the estate agency costs, saving you time and money.
  • Free Independent Financial Advice: Need help with finances? We can connect you with a trusted, independent mortgage advisor to support your move.

Make your move easier with Bloor Homes. Let us handle the sale, so you can focus on settling into your new home.
