Nigel and Gillian discuss their choice to downsize and be closer to family

"I'm Nigel Wright and I'm Gillian Wright. We chose a house here because we liked the area we just fell in love with the place. We knew Binfield a little bit and also our daughter's over in Bracknell and our youngest sons just moved to Bracknell. So close to them is good. Downsizing was the only option really for us. Our house was looking very tired needed lots of work and why not go for new build. 10-year guarantee, warranties, everything's fresh clean, brand new. It was our best option wasn't it? Floors stood out immensely. Five star really wasn't it, more than the rest what they were offering. Easy to speak to and just made us feel really welcome from the outset really. 

My favourite room in our house, in our new house, now is the front room. I've put my own stamp on it and I've got my front room to how I want it rather than how my wife has had it for the last 30 years. So I'm quite happy about that, my favourite room to be fair would be the kitchen. I've got some amazing lights that I just love and I just like sitting out in the kitchen and looking at the garden. 

As well Bloor definitely have, you know, the quality. They were up from start to finish with our journey, so it was you know so focused. Absolutely, fabulous. I would definitely recommend Bloor to anyone really, family, friends. Say, the way, the way they've treated us from start to finish. I would recommend anyone to move into a Bloor Home. First-time buyers, older people, young people, families. Yeah, I can't fault it."
