Getting to and from Elsenham

Elsenham Park is just a short five-minute drive from the village’s railway station. From Elsenham, you can catch an hourly, direct service to London Liverpool Street, a little under an hour away by train. There is also an hourly service between Elsenham and Cambridge North, as well as regular services to Newport and Stansted Mountfitchet.

There’s a bus stop just a four-minute walk from our development, on Henham Road. From here, you can catch buses to Stansted Airport as well as to places like Bishop’s Stortford and Henham.

Things to do in Elsenham

There are a several shops and supermarkets within 20 minutes’ drive of our development. These include fashion retailers like Next, Pandora, and New Look – all a part of Jackson Square, a shopping centre a 15-minute drive from our development. Jackson Square is also home to a public library as well as several cafes, including a Pret.

You’ll find several major supermarkets within 15 minutes’ drive of our development, including Aldi, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and a Tesco Superstore. There’s also a smaller Tesco Express within walking distance of our development, being a 13-minute walk away.

A six-minute drive away, there’s Aubrey Buxton - 22 acres of woodland known for its diverse species of birds.

The village’s local golf course, Golf World Stansted, provides well-kept parklands and multiple-hole courses, offering a fun challenge for even the more experienced golf.
