Situated on the southern outskirts of Chippenham, Hilltop Park is ideally situated for the excellent amenities of Chippenham. Within a short stroll, you’ll find Marks & Spencer, TK Maxx, Costa, Next and a Sainsbury’s supermarket with a range of major nearby retail outlets including B&Q, Curry’s PC World and more.

In Chippenham town centre, less than 2 miles away, there is a good range of shops and stores including Boots, WHSmith, Wilko and Sports Direct. You’ll find fresh local produce and speciality products in the twice-weekly market and in a selection of independent shops and fabulous restaurants, like The Garden. As well as a micropub, The Prince of Wales.

Everyday services include all the major banks and building societies, the library, and plenty of local doctors and dentists, plus sports and leisure facilities including the Olympiad Leisure Centre, for swimming, a gym, sports hall and more.  Just north of the heart of the town is Chippenham Train Station which offers regular direct trains to Bath, Bristol, London and Wales.

At Hilltop Park families will find good schools for all ages close at hand. The nearest primary school is Queens Crescent School (Ofsted ranked ‘Good’), less than a mile away. Popular secondary schools in Chippenham include Hardenhuish and Sheldon schools.

Chippenham is well supplied with restaurants, cafes and bars, for refreshment while shopping or an evening out. In the town, the Neeld Community and Arts centre has a full programme of cultural and entertainment events, and the town museum tells the story of Chippenham’s fascinating history. The John Coles Park is a beautiful town centre oasis, with bandstand, children’s play activities and refreshments. Monkton Park offers beautiful walks along the river as well as a pitch and put and small golf course. For outings, local places to visit include historic Lacock Abbey and village, Bowood House and, for motor racing and much more, the village of Castle Coombe.

Altogether, life at Hilltop Park and in Chippenham could be just about perfect in every way.
