Coventry has much to offer. Beyond the confines of the city centre, each of Coventry’s towns and villages offer something unique too. Here are just some of the excellent places to live in Coventry:
Rugby
Located 11 miles away from Coventry City Centre, Rugby is a well-connected rural haven for commuters who want to avoid the city’s bustle in their day-to-day life. Just one train stop away from Coventry, it only takes 9 minutes to reach the city from central Rugby. You’re also surrounded by countryside walks and scenic villages, from the castle parish of Brinklow to reservoir hikes and watersports around Draycote Water. Explore our development in Rugby – The Brambles.
Warwick
Warwick is a historic market town, 9 miles out from the city. The town is known for being a university suburb and is located a short drive south of the University of Warwick. As such, the town is frequently used as student accommodation during the academic year. If you’re considering moving to Warwick, our development there is called The Asps.
Keresley
Sprawled across the northwestern border of the city, Keresley is a great place for commuters and urban dwellers who love a balance between city amenities and the great outdoors. A short drive away from the M6 to Manchester and Birmingham, and just 4 miles away from the heart of Coventry, we have a number of properties available to buy in Keresley, at our Arden Grange development. Popular spots in Keresley include the village of Corley, the Astley Castle grounds, and the Summer Hill hiking area.
