Getting to and from Banbury
Our new homes are just a 12-minute drive from Banbury train station, which offers direct trains to London Marylebone, taking under an hour to get you into the capital.There’s also a direct train to Manchester Piccadilly, which takes about 2 and a half hours, as well as regular services to other major cities like Birmingham and Bournemouth.
The nearest airport to our development is Oxford Airport, which is a 40-minute drive away, and London Heathrow is just over an hour away.
Things to do in Banbury
Being just a 7-minute drive from the town of Banbury, those living in our development will be within easy reach of Banbury’s many local shops, cafes and supermarkets, including a Waitrose and a Tesco, as well as a Sainsbury’s Local.
There are also shops like Bao Giang and Tao Oriental Supermarkets, which sell items from abroad that would otherwise be hard to find in most British shops.
Our development is also just an 8-minute drive from the Castle Quay Shopping Centre, which boasts a wide array of retail outlets including Banbury Vintage Watch & Jewellery, JD, Clarks, and Pandora.

- William Morris Primary School. Just a 9-minute walk from our development, William Morris caters to children ages 3-11 and offers a strong STEM curriculum, with subjects including Forest School, Computing and Early Maths.
- Frank Wise School is a special education community school that supports children and young adults between the ages of 2 and 19. The school is only a 7-minute drive from our development.
- North Oxfordshire Academy is a secondary school that caters to children between the ages of 11 and 18. Our development is situated minutes away from some great parks. Just a 5-minute walk from our new homes, Trinity Park is a popular spot for dog walking, jogging, and picnics.
And, slightly further out, there’s Farthinghoe Nature Reserve. A 19-minute drive from our development, Farthinghoe is known for its diverse selection of wildflowers, and is a particularly popular spot for birdwatchers.
There’s also the Woodgreen Leisure Centre, a 6-minute drive away, which offers both an outdoor pool as well as a gym.
