Getting to and from Deepcar
Deepcar sits just outside of Sheffield City Centre, about seven miles north-west of the city. The main way to get in and out of the city is via the Stagecoach Yorkshire bus service.
The 57 stops at the nearby Carr Road/Manchester Rd bus stop, about a minute’s walk from our Wharncliffe Park development, and gets you into the city centre within about half an hour.From Sheffield City Centre, commuters can take advantage of the city’s many transport links, including its railway services. A number of train operators offer services from Sheffield City Centre to some of the UK’s most popular towns and cities, including a direct service to London St Pancras that takes a little over 2 hours.
Other routes include direct services to the likes of Leicester, Nottingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Leeds, and York, amongst others. Sheffield also offers an inner-city tram system that makes it easy to navigate the city.
Sheffield’s Supertram connects the city to the nearby Rotherham, with popular stops including the likes of Hillsborough, Parkgate, Middlewood, and Rotherham Central station.
The Leeds Bradford Airport is the airport nearest to our development. About an hour’s drive from Wharncliffe Park, a number of budget airlines operate out of Leeds Bradford, with flights to various European destinations, as well as services to the likes of Morrocco, being offered.

Wharncliffe Park is situated only about a minute’s walk from the local pub, King & Miller.
For your day-to-day groceries, there’s a Nisa Local five minutes’ walk away but, if you’re after a bigger shop, there’s the Fox Valley Shopping Park a four-minute drive away.
