Getting to and from South Marston
Our new homes for sale in South Marston are located close to a series of major roads, as well as Swindon town centre, which provides extra transport links.
The A420 and A419 can both be reached in around 5 minutes from our development, providing easy routes into nearby Oxford, Cirencester, Gloucester and Cheltenham. The nearest motorway is the M4, which passes south of Swindon. For access, residents can take the A419 for less than 10 minutes to reach junction 15.
The closest train station can be found in Swindon, 20 minutes’ drive from our new build homes. From here, you can catch direct services into Bristol Temple Meads (40 minutes), Cardiff (1 hour), Cheltenham Spa (1 hour) and London Paddington (1 hour).
Local buses also serve South Marston, offering routes into Oxford and Swindon. From our development, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Children can attend the well-regarded South Marston C of E Primary School, while wider community facilities include the village hall and South Marston Recreation Ground with a play area and vast green space.

• Eastrop Infant School & Nursey – Less than 10 minutes away from our development, this school is located in the town of Highworth. It offers a play-based nursery for children from 2 years old, followed by infant classes up to age 7.
