Getting to and from Rugby
Our development is situated just 10 minutes’ drive from the M6, which offers direct routes to Coventry – 22 minutes’ drive away, and Birmingham – 43 minutes’ drive away.
Rugby Train Station is also easy to get to, being just 8 minutes’ away by car. From Rugby, you can catch direct services into London Euston – getting into the capital in a little under an hour.
Other services include direct trains to Birmingham New Street, Crewe and Manchester.
There’s also a bus stop within walking distance of our development – just 12 minutes’ walk away – where you can catch the number 83 bus to the likes of Rugby Town Centre and Coventry.

Our new development is within 13 minutes’ drive of two Warwickshire Wildlife Trust nature reserves: the Claybrookes and the Brandon marshes. There’s also the Cock Robin Wood - an 8-minute drive away, and the Draycote Reservoir – 15 minutes’ drive away.
We’re also within 13 minutes’ drive of three golf clubs: the Rugby Golf Club, the Whitefields Golf Club, and the Leam Valley Golf Centre.
If you’re interested in bowling, there’s the Strikes Bar - 6 minutes’ drive away, as well as the Yum Yum World laser tag centre - 7 minutes’ drive away.
You’ll find the Rugby Theatre Society just 7 minutes’ drive away. Putting on a number of productions throughout the year, including the likes of Legally Blonde and Deathtrap, the theatre always has something good on. There’s also a Cineworld cinema just 8 minutes away too.
