Our development is ideally located just 6 minutes’ drive from Abingdon and a 15-minute drive from Oxford via the nearby A34.

Newbury is a 28-minute drive away, Reading is a 45-minute drive and London can be reached in under 2 hours via the M4.

There’s also a bus stop just a 10-minute walk away, on Howard Cornish Road, where you can catch buses to Abingdon (12-minutes away), Wantage (30-minutes away), Oxford (1 hour away), and Witney (1 hour away).

In close proximity, you’ll also find a number of train stations, including Radley, Culham and Didcot Parkway (all within 15 minutes’ drive away). 

All 3 stations offer services to Oxford, and you can catch services to London Paddington from both Culham and Didcot Parkway.

Our new homes in Marcham are within easy reach of a number of supermarkets, with the likes of Waitrose and Tesco just 10 minutes’ drive away.

There’s also the Marcham Village Shop that’s within walking distance of our development, a 10-minute walk away.

Fairacres Retail Park is a 5-minute drive and is home to stores like B&Q, Furniture Village, Pets at Home, and Argos.

The popular Millets Farm Garden Centre is only a 5-minute drive away, with lots of activities for children plus a highly rated café.

Bury Street Shopping Centre is also nearby, just 10 minutes' drive away. The shopping centre offers over 30 stores, including Superdrug, Specsavers and Boots.
