Getting to and from Topsham
There is a bus stop right on the doorstep of our development, with regular services to places like Woodbury, Exmouth, and Exeter.
There are also several train stations nearby, with both Newcourt train station and Topsham train station being a 4-minute drive from our development.
Newcourt station offers several services to the likes of Exmouth and Digby and Sowton, while from Topsham station, you can also catch a train to London Waterloo that’ll get you into the capital in 3 and a half hours.
Driving to and from our development is fairly easy too with our development being a short 9-minute drive away from the Sandygate Roundabout, which connects Topsham with the A376 and the M5.
It takes 22 minutes to get to Exmouth Beach via the A376 and 1 hour and 38 minutes to get to Bristol via the M5.Things to do in Topsham
Topsham High Street has a good mix of shops, cafes and restaurants, and is conveniently only a 4-minute drive away from our development. There’s also a local farm shop, Darts Farm, a 10-minute drive away.
Some of the more popular independent shops include the Topsham Bookshop, Pea & Mint, the Wild Bird Boutique and the Country Cheeses.
There’s also the Princesshay Shopping Centre - a large retail outlet a 13-minute drive from our development, that boasts several high street favourites, including John Lewis, Zara, M&S, Space NK, and Apple.
For your everyday groceries, there’s an Aldi a 10-minute walk from our development, as well as a Lidl and a Sainsbury’s all within a 10-minute drive of our development.
An IKEA is also just a 7-minute drive away.

Living in Topsham
Our development is located a few minutes’ drive of several parks. These include the Topsham Recreation Ground, a 4-minute drive away, the King Geroge V Playing Fields, a 5-minute drive away, and the River Exe Country Park, also a 5-minute drive away.
The River Exe Country Park, with its many playgrounds and its skatepark, is particularly popular with families.
Then about half an hour by car from our development, there’s Dartmoor National Park, set amongst expansive hills, which boasts stunning landscapes.
There’s a Golf and Country Club, a 3-minute drive away, as well as a David Lloyd gym, an 8-minute drive away.
Or take advantage of Exeter’s expansive coastline by driving 22-minutes to Exmouth Beach. Other nearby beaches include Shelly Beach and Sandy Bay Beach, which offer a range of fun activities, including kayaking and paddleboarding.
