Nigel recommends Bloor Homes after being impressed by the staff and the location and design of the development at Hereford Point.

"Well, unfortunately after a separation, I had to find myself a house as soon as possible and Bloor Homes were one of the ones I went to.

The girls in the office were fantastic from day one. They were doing phone calls to the solicitors for me. It it was like a team a team behind me basically and the process only lasted 8 weeks.

The house is brilliant. The site, the actual site, the way it's designed is brilliant. There's the traffic, we've got two entrances. Now I turn at home, I've got no stresses.

The house is all there. I've got PV panels on the roof to save on electricity.

It's so close to the country. I have a a 3-year-old Labrador, so the walks were quite an important factor.

My message for anybody trying to purchase a new build house. Always try. It is a very stressless process. It's close to the town. It's close to the countryside. My quality of life is Yeah, is definitely changed. No regrets and no problems in saying I'd recommend Bloor Homes to be on your list and probably your first one you'd go to for the experience, because I don't think you'd go anywhere else."
