Getting to and from Newton Abbot

There’s also a nearby bus stop on Ashburton Road, offering a convenient public transport option, with the 88 bus running an hourly service to Newton town centre, getting you into the town centre in just 9 minutes.

The closest airport is Exeter Airport, which runs a number of domestic flights and is less than a 30-minute drive away. For international flights, Bristol Airport is also within reach, being only an hour and a half away.

Newton Abbot is well equipped with a wide range of everyday amenities. Within just a 5-minute drive from Farleigh Gardens, residents can find a local Co-op, as well as a traditional fish and chip shop.

One of the closest primary schools to our new homes, it’s just over a 5-minute drive from the Farleigh Gardens development.
• Blackpool CofE Primary School– A Church of England primary school with nursery provision, Blackpool Primary puts an emphasis on inclusion, creativity and wellbeing. Just 10 minutes from our Seale Hayne development, the school is open to children aged 4-11.

For older children, there are several secondary schools within easy reach of our new homes, each offering a broad range of academic and vocational pathways:
