Simon and Sam used Part Exchange to move to their new home 

Simon and Sam wanted to move to a new home for their family. They used part exchange to help them move to their new home at Pinhoe, Exeter. 

Transcript: 

"In terms of our journey in buying this house, it was actually an extremely quick process. Not that we knew that was going to be the case from the outset. We were looking to put our house on the property on the property market and we did that a day before that we actually came and saw this, our new home. We came and saw a Wyatt. It was the last Wyatt that was available. 

We came on a Saturday. We had an email on the Sunday thinking uh or a telephone call from from Bloor to say actually would you consider a part exchange. It's something that we hadn't thought about and then on the Monday we had a local estate agent and also the area sales manager come out to see the property. 

They made us an offer later that day and from the point of that offer to the point in which we exchanged it was 3 weeks. They did give us full market value on our property which we were very surprised about, but that actually meant that we were in a position then to be able to afford our new home. There might be an angst around using part exchange because you might think that actually they're going to look to undercut us massively in the marketplace. Actually, you might be surprised by what Bloor might be able to offer you. 

And also you then have to weigh that up with do you want to move? Is there your dream home available there and then? Because if there is, actually, sometimes that's a small price to pay. The Bloor experience that we've had has been undeniably a great experience."
