*£1,000 towards your moving costs is available on selected developments and selected plots only, subject to lender acceptance of cash incentives. Cannot be used in conjunction with Part Exchange or Assisted Move. £1,000 will be paid as a lump sum on completion, deducted from your final completion statement or transferred to an alternative incentive.
