Location

The Area Worcester in Worcestershire

Why Worcester could be the perfect place to call home.

Our new 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes are settled in between the quaint village of Lower Broadheath and the increasingly metropolitan city centre of Worcester.

Put your feet up in one of the several local village pubs in Lower Broadheath within a short drive or celebrate special occasions with dinner at one of Worcester’s many acclaimed restaurants, such as Ounce, HANBAO or Globe Modern Bistro.

For those day to day necessities, your home at Elgar Park will be conveniently located nearby to shops including Tesco Express (2 min drive) and Sainsbury’s (10 min drive).
There’s no denying the historical treasures woven throughout the streets of Worcester, with the iconic skyline of the majestic Cathedral overlooking the River Severn. And the cultural delights simply keep increasing in this popular location as time goes on. But most prominently, your new home will only be a short distance from The Firs, Edward Elgar’s birthplace, maintained by the National Trust.

For those who may have recently started their family, or plan to, Elgar Park is located nearby several day nurseries, including Broadheath Day Nursery, Magic Moments Childcare and Victoria House Day Nursery. The nearest primary school to home is Broadheath C of E Primary school, only a 2 minute drive and rated “Good” by Ofsted.

For secondary school education, you’ll have quite a choice within the local area. Schools include Christopher Whitehead Language College (Good), King’s Worcester, RGS Worcester, and just slightly further afield you’ll find The Chantry School (Outstanding) that can school bus routes to Lower Broadheath and St John’s.

Lastly, Worcester’s very own university has rapidly blossomed, with plentiful accommodation and wonderful academic centres, including fantastic midwifery and teaching degrees.
