Getting to and from Warwick
Our new homes are just a 2-minute drive from the M40, which connects Warwick to several major cities, including Birmingham (a 41-minute drive away) and Oxford (a 54-minute drive away).
Our new homes are also just a 7-minute drive from Warwick train station, making it an ideal location for commuters. There’s a direct service from Warwick to Birmingham, which takes about half an hour, as well to London Marylebone which takes about an hour and a half.
Other services offered include services to Banbury, Dorridge, Leamington Spa, Birmingham Moor Street, and Snow Hill.
There’s also Birmingham Airport, just a 24-minute drive away.
Things to do in Warwick
There’s a Co-op located just 4 minutes away by car, while Leamington Shopping Park, just an 8-minute drive, boasts all your favourite retailers such as M&S, Sainsbury’s, JD, Next, and Boots.
Then there’s the Royal Priors Shopping Centre, an 11-minute drive away, offering a broad selection of retailers, including Ann Summers, Mountain Warehouse, New Look, Sports Direct, and Waterstones.

Our new development is ideally situated near a good selection of schools. These include:
