And if you’re looking to see some of the town’s prettiest sights, the picturesque Coventry Canal is within easy reach, with Atherstone being home to some 11 locks, ideal for a relaxing stroll. Nuneaton station, meanwhile, is around a 15-minute drive, where you can catch trains to Birmingham (30 minutes), Manchester (1 hour and 9 minutes), Coventry (23 minutes) and Leicester (33 minutes).

When it comes to education, you can put your mind at ease. Those with very young families will have plenty of choice, with the development located just minutes in the car from Atherstone and Ashleigh nursery schools. Parents of slightly older children will also find 3 primary schools within three miles of home – Outwoods, Racemeadow and St Benedict’s – with all three enjoying ‘Good’ ratings from Ofsted.
