Getting to and from Basingstoke
Our new Basingstoke development provides excellent transport links, with easy access to the M3, A33, and M4. The M3, just 2 minutes away, connects to Winchester, Eastleigh, Surrey, and London. The A33 offers routes to Reading (30 minutes) and Andover (20 minutes via the A303), while the M4, 27 minutes away, provides access to London (1.5 hours) and Cardiff (just over 2 hours).
Local buses, an 8-minute walk from the development, offer a direct 20-minute route to Basingstoke town centre.
Basingstoke Train Station, 4.5 miles or a 10-minute drive away, has regular trains to London Waterloo (50 minutes via South Western Railway) and Reading (20–30 minutes via CrossCountry).
For air travel, Southampton Airport is 31 minutes away, with London Heathrow a 48-minute drive, offering flights to destinations across Europe and beyond.

Located in a quiet area of Basingstoke, our new houses provide convenient access to everyday essentials. Nearby supermarkets include Tesco Express (a 7-minute walk) and Sainsbury’s (a 3-minute drive). For more extensive shopping, Hatch Warren Retail Park is just a 13-minute walk away.
For retail therapy, Festival Place Shopping Centre is just an 11-minute drive away and offers 200 different stores, including Next, Boots, Waterstones, and M&S. The centre also features EV charging facilities.
