Homes so good you want to work for the company who built them

Bloor Homes’ Southern region is delighted to learn that staff are choosing to work for the company after they or family members have purchased a brand-new property with Bloor Homes.

Every year Bloor Homes employees choose to buy a new home with the company, but recently two members of the sales team chose to work for Bloor Homes after they – or a family member – bought at two different developments.


Mille Hunter (who bought at Thatcham Place in Thatcham) and Tiegan Browning (whose father bought at King’s Gate in Amesbury) spoke of their positive experiences with Bloor Homes, which led them to a new career with the company.


Millie is now employed as a Sales Manager for the Southern region of Bloor Homes, and Tiegan, a Trainee Sales Advisor at the Lakeside Gardens development in Arborfield, Berkshire.


Millie said: “At the time my partner and I bought at Thatcham Place, I was working for another national developer, but we loved everything about the new Bloor Homes property – the quality, style, plot, location and size of the home. We were also really impressed with the level of sales care throughout. When the position of Sales Manager came up, having been through the purchasing process with Bloor Homes myself, I felt it was a company I could really work for.”


Tiegan agrees adding: “My dad bought a new home at King’s Gate in Amesbury and had such a great purchasing journey with the lovely sales team there that he suggested the trainee role to me. He’s very happy in his new Bloor home and I am genuinely able to recommend our new homes to our customers knowing the quality of the home he has bought and how happy he is there.”

Millie and Tiegan are both great advocates when talking to purchasers as they have first-hand experience of living in a new Bloor home and they understand the process of buying one better than anyone. It’s fantastic to have them on the sales team!”
