Situated just a minute away from the A1, the road offers an easy route from our new homes in Little Paxton to London, with the capital being just under 2 hour’s drive away.
Our Paxton Mill development is also ideally situated just a 6-minute drive from St Neots Station where you can catch regular trains to London (an hour away by train) and Peterborough (22 minutes away).
The 66 bus also runs through Little Paxton, offering services to Huntingdon. You can catch said bus from nearby Mill Lane – the road neighbouring Paxton Mill to the north.
Things to do in Little Paxton
Paxton Mill is nestled between the River Great Ouse and the Neots Golf Club and is just a 5-minute drive from the Crosshall Marine.
Across the river there’s the 80-acre Priory Park, ideal for avid hikers and dog owners.The town’s community centre is just 3 minutes’ walk away and offers several different classes, including martial arts and dance classes.
There’s also a play park 4 minutes’ walk away from our development, at St Jones Crescent
There’s a Co-op a 15-minute walk away too as well as several other stores in the neighbouring St Neots, including M&S and Waitrose.
For local produce, there’s the market at Cross Key Mews, a 6-minute drive away.

Our development is within walking distance of Little Paxton Primary School, 12 minutes’ walk away. The school caters to children ages 4-11.
