Getting to and from Warrington
Warrington is a well-connected town with three different motorways passing through the town: the M6 – which goes towards Preston and Stoke, the M56 – which goes to Manchester, and the M62 to Liverpool.Both Manchester and Liverpool are about half an hour’s drive from Warrington, and, from the Warrington Interchange, you catch several regular bus services to either major city as well as to the likes of Altrincham, Hatton, Northwich, and Widnes.
Our development is within a mile of two train stations; Warrington West and Sankey, with both stations situated on the Manchester to Liverpool line. Apart from services to Manchester Oxford Road and Liverpool Lime Street, there are also several services a day to the likes of Warrington Central and Hough Green.

Our central location means that we’re only 5 minutes’ drive from The Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub. With its wide array of amenities, including a library, a gym and a swimming pool, the hub is an ideal facility to have on your doorstep.There are also several parks within 20 minutes’ walk of our development, including the Mary Ann Meadows Recreation Ground and Whittle Hall Park.
There’s a Lidl, Costa and McDonald’s all situated on site at our development, and we’re just about 4 minutes’ drive from an Asda and 5 minutes’ drive from a Sainsbury’s.
We’re also just a 5-minute drive from Gemini Retail Park, which counts amongst its many shops, the likes of Ikea and M&S.
We're also 10 minutes’ drive away from the popular Golden Square and Time Square shopping centres, with their wide range of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.
