New Builds in Colchester

Holding the proud distinction of being home to the University of Essex, Colchester’s rich and storied architecture is on full display as one walks down its pretty streets, with its 900+ year old castles, hilly paths and cobbled pavements lending the town a certain gravitas.

This is perfectly complemented by Colchester’s lively night life – as expected from a university town – with its various clubs and restaurants giving the town a certain infectious vibrancy.

With quieter villages, like Tiptree and Feering, on its outskirts, Colchester’s provides an alternative for those looking to live somewhere with a bit more oomph.
