Getting to and from Suttonfields
From our new development, St Helens town centre is just an 8-minute drive away, via the A570, and one can easily get into Liverpool within 30-minutes via the M62.
There is also a bus stop right on the doorstep of our development, which provides quick routes to Prescot and Rainhill.
Our development benefits from its proximity to both Thatton Heath Train Station, a four-minute drive away, and Lea Green Train Station, an eight-minute drive away.
From Thatton Heath, you can get to both Liverpool Lime Street and Wigan within 20 minutes. And from Lea Green station, it’s a 24-minute journey to Manchester Victoria and a three-hour journey to Newcastle.
Liverpool Airport, a 20-minute drive away, is the nearest airport to our development.
Things to do in Suttonfields
Ravenhead Retail Park, in St Helens town centre, is just an eight-minute drive from our development and is home to popular stores like Argos, B&Q, Next, and M&S.
There’s also a Co-op across the road from our development.
You can also take a short 30-minute drive to Liverpool’s vibrant shopping scene and browse a range of high street and boutique shops in St John’s Market and Clayton Square, alongside the city’s several cafes.

There are several highly rated schools within a short distance to our new development, including:
- St John Vianney Catholic Primary. This denominational school is right on our development’s doorstep and caters to children ages 3-11.
- Thatto Heath Community Primary. Just four minutes' drive from our development, this primary school offers an inclusive curriculum and caters to children ages 2-11.
- The Sutton Academy. Catering to students from Year 7 through to Sixth Form, this academy houses several modern facilities including a learning plaza and multiple study areas and is situated just a four-minute drive from our development.
- St Helens College is one of the largest colleges in the Northwest of England, with four campuses across the local area and Knowsley. Catering to children ages 14-18, as well as mature students, the school provides a broad curriculum for school leavers and adults looking to change or advance careers. The college is also just an eight-minute drive from our development.
Living in Suttonfields
Right next to our new development is Sherdley Park, the largest green space in St Helens. Sherdley Park offers several football pitches, a golf course, an arboretum, as well as an outdoor play area.
Alternatively, you can take a pleasant stroll to Thatto Heath Meadows, just 15 minutes away.
There’s also Knowsley Safari, a 14-minute drive away, where you can experience the UK’s longest safari drive through 5 miles of wildlife enclosures.
You can also spend an evening at the Theatre Royal, a performing arts venue hosting a number of plays and shows throughout the year.
In addition, there are plenty of soft play centres within easy reach of our development including the Crazy Club, a nine-minute drive away. There’s also the Air Nation bounce park, also a nine-minute drive away.
