There’s a Tesco superstore just a 10-minute drive away from our development, with a Waitrose, Morrisons and an Aldi just slightly further out.
In Aylesbury town centre, you’ll find a wider selection of stores with the town’s main shopping centre, the Friars Square Shopping Centre, offering the likes of Clarks, Game, H. Samuel, and Mooboo.
There’s also the Hale Leys Shopping Centre, which is home to several restaurants and specialist stores, including Boots, The Works, and Cake Box.

There’s also Wendover Woods, a national forest well-known for its resident Gruffalo, which children can try to find (before it finds them!). This picturesque woodland is just a 15-minute drive away from the development, in the chalk hills of the Chilterns.
