Since John Bloor built our first home in 1969, we’ve established a reputation for building quality homes that stand the test of time. The Bloor family still own and run the business today, ensuring high standards are maintained over 50 years later. Today, our team from planners and designers to tradespeople and customer services, brings together a wide range of skills with a shared personality trait: we care about building quality, well-designed homes we’d be proud for our own families to live in.

Our bright, open-plan living spaces are designed to be flexible. Customers notice it from the day they move in, to well into the future. We build homes to a high standard to give our customers the confidence buying a Bloor home is the right decision. This is backed up by our 5-star home builders federation (HBF) award, so they can focus on the more important things in life. They can do this with the added reassurance they get a 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) warranty and insurance policy – on top of our own rigorous checks carried out during the build process.
