"The first time I came to view Bloor I'd obviously made a telephone appointment to come and view one of the show homes and the staff were absolutely fantastic. I had my oldest daughter with me and I built a really good rapport with the sales staff at the time and we viewed the property and literally she couldn't have made any more effort with us. She obviously asked us what our criteria was what it was that we were looking for and really, really went a bit above and beyond in showing us different features of the property different areas of the estate. And obviously really tried to tailor what we needed and I just found that absolutely fantastic. She then obviously followed it through after we left the estate and obviously helped us all the way through until we actually purchased. 

What I like most about the Morris is the layout I think you get a lot of house for the money. I think the size of the upstairs bedroom is fantastic. I think having the two en suites being a very good size and obviously having two girls coming up to teenagers that really attracted me to the Morris.

The location for me ticks a lot of boxes but also I wanted the Bloor Home. The quality of the build is fantastic. I'm very happy with it and I had advice from people in building trade prior to purchasing because I was purchasing on my own. And they also go ahead it's still a family-run business and the quality of the build is really good we have been very, very lucky in the fact that everyone is to do with law have been absolutely fantastic with us. They've really looked after us it really feels like they've had our their arm around us to a certain extent. They knew how challenging the move was and they've literally looked after us the whole the whole time. Their customer service was absolutely fantastic and I think what I was expecting was when we'd bought a property you sort of expect maybe that the customer service would go downhill. It's sort of what you think it's like buying a car isn't it but it hasn't and literally we've been here and I cannot express how fantastic they have been. And had that experience not been good that would have made a massive difference to the mental welfare of my family I think after the experience with with moving and all of the issues that we were up against if 
someone was thinking of buying a property here at the Grove I would tell them absolutely to go ahead. I would say it would be the best decision that you've ever made moving to the Grove and living in a Bloor Home has made a dramatic difference to our life. We've had a very stressful couple of years. Moving here is the light at the end of 
the tunnel for me and the children and we've settled so well and so we're so happy and it was definitely the best move that we've ever made."
