Bloor Homes 2025 Guess the Development Christmas Competition - Terms and Conditions.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year and to celebrate, we’re giving you 5 chances to win a £100 John Lewis voucher, just in time for Christmas!

During the first week of December, we’ll be opening the doors to a selection of 5 Bloor showhomes and or marketing suites, and revealing 5 clues to their location. We’re challenging you to guess the name of the Bloor development featured in our 5 competition reels for the chance to win a £100 John Lewis voucher – there are 5 vouchers up for grabs!

How to Enter the Competition

Entering is easy! Simply look out for the Guess the Development competition reels we’ll be sharing daily between 1st – 5th December.

Watch the reel and the read the clues.

Guess the name of the featured Bloor development in the comments.

Double you chances of winning by entering the competition on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

The competition starts on Monday 1st December and entries close at midnight on Sunday 7th December.

Remember, there are 5 Bloor developments, 5 prizes and 5 chances for you to win. Good luck!

Terms and Conditions
• The 1-week competition series starts on Monday 1st December and ends on Sunday 7th December 2025.
• This competition is running across Bloor Homes' Facebook (@bloorhomes) and Instagram channel (@bloorhomes) only.
• There will be 5 competition winners, 1 per development.
• To enter the competition, you must type your guessed Bloor development name in the comment section of the competition reel you are entering on.
• Entries which correctly guess the featured Bloor development will be put into a draw for the specific reel, and the winner will be randomly selected. This will happen for each of the 5 competition reels.
• Post comments which do not follow the criteria listed in these competition terms and conditions will be disqualified by Bloor Homes.
• Comments which include profanity or spam will be removed by Bloor Homes.
• You can enter as many times as you like but if you answer the question correctly, only 1 x entry will count and be put forward to be randomly selected as a winner for the competition reel you have entered.
• The Bloor development names will correspond with those listed on the Bloor Homes website in December 2025. The website is www.bloorhomes.com
• There are 5 x prizes available, and these are 5 x £100 John Lewis e-vouchers.
• There will be 5 x winners in total.
• The winners will be announced on Bloor’s Instagram Stories and Facebook page during w/c 8th December 2025.
• Entrants who guess the development name to the competition reel they entered will be put into a draw for that reel, and then a winner will be randomly selected.
• Automated or bulk entries by third parties will be disqualified.
• The winners will be announced via Bloor’s Instagram Stories and a Facebook post, the communications will made via direct message on the channel they entered on. Winners will be asked to provide contact details to claim their prize but will not be asked to share banking details or click on any links.
• The winners might also be contacted by the Bloor Homes PR team.
• Open to UK residents only.
• You must be aged over 18 to enter.
• The competition is closed to employees of Bloor Homes and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
• By entering the competition, you are giving Bloor Homes the permission to use your competition entry across their social media and offline marketing materials.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

Bloor ‘Signs of’ Competition - Terms and Conditions

The signs of a new season always feel special, whether it’s the first snowdrops and daffodils sprouting in spring or the first frost making an appearance in those colder, winter months. A new season is marked by signs of change, visually and how it feels too. We want to celebrate the seasons with you and how your Bloor home and development evolves throughout the year!

And the best bit? We're giving you the chance to win a £150 John Lewis voucher every month!

We’re kicking off the competition by embracing the season of spring and all you need to do to enter is share a photo of your Bloor home or development on Instagram using the hashtag #BloorHomes

Perhaps you're spring cleaning or planting daffodils on your driveway, admiring the early morning sunshine or enjoying the longer, lighter evenings. Spring is a time of growth and new beginnings, and we want to celebrate it with you!

Who wins?

A shortlist of monthly entries will be shared towards the end of each month and the winner will be selected by our Bloor Homes marketing team. We will announce the monthly winner on our Instagram Stories over the following days.

So, if you’re looking for an excuse to share another pic of your spring wreath and doorway, or how your new open-plan kitchen comes to life with the golden hour glow, this is it!

Terms and Conditions

• This competition is open to UK Bloor Homes residents only and you must be 18 years or lder to enter.
• The competition is closed to employees of Bloor Homes and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
• Automated or bulk entries from third parties will be disqualified.
• Homeowners can enter the competition on Instagram only.
• Only static images can be entered into the competition – these can be entered single image or carousel Instagram posts.
• Homeowners can enter multiple times with different images.
• The entry must contain the hashtag #BloorHomes in the caption and must have been posted during the competition entry period.
• The competition begins on 2nd April 2025 and entries will close on the penultimate Sunday of every month. The next entry period will begin on the penultimate Monday or Tuesday of each month and will run to the penultimate Sunday of the following month. This is a rolling monthly competition.
• A short-list of up to 10 finalists will be shared via 1 x Instagram carousel post and 1 x Facebook post on the penultimate Monday or Tuesday every month on Bloor Homes’ social channels.
• The winning image will be selected by Bloor Homes’ marketing team and will be announced in days following the shortlist.
• The winner will be informed of their win by direct message via @BloorHomes on Instagram and will be asked to provide contact details for their prize. The winner might also be contacted by the Bloor Homes PR team.
• The winning entry will also be announced as the competition winner on Bloor Homes’ Instagram Stories.
• By entering the competition, you are giving Bloor Homes permission to use your images across their social media and off-line marketing materials.
• The shortlist for each category will be chosen by Bloor Homes Marketing Dept.The prize is 1 x £150 John Lewis voucher.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
• The ‘Signs of’ competition is a rolling monthly competition which evolves with the seasons (spring / summer / autumn / winter) and Bloor Homes has the right to stop or pause the competition at any time, however the competition will not be stopped between the times that a shortlist and winner is announced.
