Terms and Conditions
- The 10-day competition starts on Tuesday 4th February and ends on Friday 14th February 2025.
- The entry period closes at 12pm on 14th February 2025.
- The winner will be announced on 14th February after 2pm.
- This competition is running across Bloor Homes' Instagram (@bloorhomes) channel only.
- There will be 1 competition winner only.
- The competition prize is 1 x Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser Experience Hamper worth £200. In the prize, you will receive 7 items decadently presented in a keepsake wicker hamper, including The Velvetiser – Charcoal Edition, Petite Podcups, The Everything Hot Chocolate Sachet Selection, The Everything Latte Sachet Selection, Dunking Biscuits, Batons. - In the case that the Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser Experience Hamper prize is sold out on the Hotel Chocolat UK website on Friday 14th – Monday 17th February, a £200 e-voucher for Hotel Chocolat will be supplied to the winner as their prize.
- To enter the competition, you must follow @bloorhomes on Instagram, like the Valentine’s Giveaway competition post, tag a friend and let them know why a new build home would be their perfect match in the post comments (1 tag per comment). These steps must still be followed and visible at 5pm on 14th February 2025.
- For a bonus entry, share the Valentine’s Giveaway competition post to your Instagram Stories.
- Post comments which do not follow the criteria listed in these competition terms and conditions will be disqualified by Bloor Homes.
- The winner will be randomly selected from a draw of qualifying competition entries.
- Automated or bulk entries by third parties will be disqualified.
- The winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram by @bloorhomes Instagram page and will be asked to provide their full name, postal address, email address and phone number to claim their prize, enabling Bloor Homes to arrange the delivery of the winner’s prize. The winner might also be contacted by the Bloor Homes PR team.

- You must be aged over 18 to enter.
- The competition is closed to employees of Bloor Homes and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
