Regional success for Southam Grange Site Manager
Bloor Homes South Midlands is delighted to announce that Dean Martin, site manager at its Southam Grange development, has been shortlisted in the LABC West Midlands Site Manager of the Year Awards 2018.
The awards were designed to celebrate the dedication and commitment it takes to deliver quality sites, rewarding the best site managers for their exceptional contribution to construction.
Demonstrating exceptional site management and workmanship, this prestigious accolade positions site managers as being the best in the industry.
Dean will now go on to compete in the regional LABC Building Excellence Award finals, with the ceremony taking place on the 25 May 2018.
If successful, they will then represent the West Midlands region in the LABC Grand Finals on 9 November 2018, where the National Site Manager of the Year is crowned.

Southam Grange currently has only two homes remaining from its first phase of development, the three bedroom Chastleton design starting at £315,000 and the four bedroom Berrington home, available for £435,000. Further homes from the second phase of development are to be released shortly.
