Tattiana Taffs raises money for charity by racing London Marathon
A fitness fanatic from Rugby is raising money for charity by living out her long-standing dream – racing the London Marathon.
28-year-old Tattiana Taffs, who works as a Sales Progressor for Bloor Homes South Midlands, finally received a place to race by raising money for Children with Cancer UK in 2023, after applying multiple times in previous years.
The London Marathon is being held this year on April 23rd and donations can be made by visiting Tattiana’s page here.
Tattiana said: “I’ve always been a fitness fan, and racing the London Marathon has been a dream of mine for many years. I’ve applied multiple times in the lottery but always missed out on a place, so decided to pick a worthy charity – and I’m over the moon to be able to run for them.
“My training schedule is pretty gruelling – I run under 10kms twice a week, sprint run once and then take on a much longer run over the weekend. For instance, this weekend it was 16 miles and my legs are certainly feeling it now!
“This is such a great charity which does invaluable work for families all around the UK, so I’d really love it if people could donate – it would mean the world to me and will be my motivator all around the course.”
