Local sports clubs invited to apply for donations from Bloor Homes Community Sports Fund
Local sports Clubs in Warwick and Leamington have until 9th November to apply for one of four £250 donations from Bloor Homes’ Community Sports Fund.
The new homes developer is inviting sports clubs close to The Asps – a development of new homes in Warwick - to apply for one of four £250 donations towards projects, equipment, or kit.
Michele Rose, Sales Director for Bloor Homes’ Midlands region, said: “Bloor Homes is a keen supporter of grass roots sports across all our regions. We have £1000 in the community fund at The Asps, but rather than make one donation to one club, we want to share it across four different sports clubs in the Warwick and Leamington areas.
“We’re really looking forward to hearing from club organisers about the projects they’re currently seeking to fund – whether that’s for new equipment, upgrading facilities or buying new kit for their team.”
Applying is easy – representatives from the Club can simply send an email of up to 500 words and include up to three photos to: theaspsbloorfund@oliver.agency. Entries should include an outline of:
- The project they are seeking to fund and how it will benefit the club and its members
- Why they think their Club should receive one of the four £250 donations
- Contact details for Bloor Homes to let them know if they are successful
Michele adds: “As well as the donation we’d like to help raise awareness about the clubs in the local area, so please do send in your ideas and how funding will benefit your sport, the club and your members.”
Michele Rose and the Sales Manager at The Asps development will decide on the final four to receive £250. The successful clubs will be informed on 30th November 2023.
The deadline for applications is midnight on 9th November 2023.
