Five reasons to buy a five bedroom home at Keyworth Rise

As well as the traditional mix of two, three and four bedroom homes newly built at Bloor Homes’ Keyworth Rise development located off Bunny Lane, the new homes developer also has a select number of special five bedroom homes on offer.

Michele Rose, Sales Director at Bloor Homes’ Midlands region said: “New developments don’t always feature five-bedroom homes and we’re excited about showcasing the new five-bedroom homes here, not only because they beautiful new homes, they’re in a prime location on the development. They’re set back in lovely cul-de-sacs with only a few homes other properties close by, and overlook fields or the children’s play area so there’s plenty of green, open space. The Rayleigh and Rowley house types stand out at Keyworth Rise because they really do have so much going for them.”

And here are five reasons why:
1) Larger than life: with five bedrooms, a family bathroom and two en suites upstairs, the footprint of a five bedroom home means the downstairs living space is automatically much more spacious. The generous five-bedroom homes feature generous lounges to the front, alongside either a separate study or an integral double, and an impressive, light-filled kitchen, dining and living space spanning the whole of the rear of each property, with the separate utility and downstairs WC all neatly tucked away.
2) Flex with the times: whatever your family makeup, a five-bedroom home gives growing space, spare room space and each-to-their-own room space. A downstairs study could be a playroom for young children or a den for teenagers, one of the bedrooms could be a gym or a study with a sofabed. With so many options it’s easy to flex with the times.
3) Seeing double: four of the bedrooms are double rooms, with one single bedroom - also a generous size. A real plus is that both the master and second bedrooms have their own en suite shower rooms, giving even more flexibility as to how the space is used.
4) Location, location, location: not only is Keyworth Rise a prime development in a sought-after area, the five bedroom are in one of the best spots in the whole development – located in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking green open fields or the children’s play area.
5) Less is more: with just six, five-bedroom homes in total – five Rowley house types (with integral garage) and one Rayleigh (with a stand-alone double garage) and one Rowley already sold, Bloor Homes is expecting a lot of interest in the lovely five bedroom homes at Keyworth Rise.

Michele adds: “We’re also excited to add that subject to criteria, purchasers securing a new home before 31st July this year could also qualify for a mortgage contribution of £500 / month for the first year, and selected plots have flooring included.”

Keyworth Rise is located off Bunny Lane in the pretty village of Keyworth, just 6 miles from Nottingham city centre. For more information about the new homes available including the select number of five bedroom properties, visit bloorhomes.com
