Bright future for new Sales Director at Bloor Homes East Midlands
Bloor Homes has appointed Clare Bright as its new Sales Director in the developer’s Leicestershire-based East Midlands region, where she is heading up a team of eighteen in the sales and marketing department.
Clare brings 27 years of property and new homes experience to the role, including 10 years’ experience as a sales director, having worked in estate agency and for Taylor Wimpey, Linden Homes, McCarthy and Stone and more recently, Morris Homes as Sales Director for the last 4 years.
Clare said: “This is a young region for Bloor Homes, having launched in 2020 so this is an exciting time to be joining a growing business. Having had substantial experience of working with teams to achieve growth, I am looking forward to the challenges of working in a new region and utilising my knowledge and experience for its continued success.
“It’s already encouraging to see the progression path our trainees and established members of staff have within the business. This is something that really attracted me to the role, and I am looking forward to building on a well-established and stable team.”

We have a clear growth plan and have a team of eighty-eight permanent staff working across our construction, technical, land, planning, sales and marketing teams.
