Bloor returns to Malmesbury with new look sales suite
The new sales suite at Malmesbury is the first in the South West to provide users with a whole new experience when looking for their new home
Bloor Homes has returned to Malmesbury with its new Avon Rise development of 132 total homes adjacent to its previous Filands View development in the town.
Visitors will have a whole new experience when visiting the sales suite this time, as it features Bloor Homes’ brand new, digitally interactive site plan and street view, bringing the new development to life.
Kim Benson, Sales Director for the new homes developer’s South West region, said: “We are really excited to be back in Malmesbury following the success of our Filands View development here which closed back in 2019.

Avon Rise has been thoughtfully designed with a nod to existing architecture in the historic town. Seeing the digital plan and street views will give richer context for people visiting the sales centre, which is open daily from 10am to 5pm.
