Bloor Homes urges first time buyers to make informed decisions about buying a first home
Bloor Homes is urging first time buyers to make informed decision about purchasing a new home at Wavendon and Cranfield, with first-time buyer information events on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th July at two developments close to Milton Keynes.
Jack Costello, Sales Director at Bloor Homes’ South Midlands region said: “We believe that knowledge is power and now, more than ever, it is important for people to be fully informed about the options available to them if they are wanting or needing to buy a home of their own.
“There are a lot of headlines out there at the moment, but one size doesn’t fit all. Our events are designed for people who don’t yet know how the process of home ownership works to explore their options in line with their own, unique personal circumstances.
“Whether they’re renting and wanting to use that money towards their own place but don’t yet have a deposit, or they’re at their parents’ home and have saved a deposit, these events are a starting point for first time buyers to find out how it all works, and the steps they need to take to own their first home.”
Staff from Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) the Mortgage Store will be on hand at both developments on both days between 10am and 5pm to talk to people and offer guidance on the financial steps they need to take, while Bloor Homes’ staff can help people to understand the process of buying a new home.
Jack adds: “The events aim to help people make informed decisions about buying a property, based on their own situation. People who have attended similar events in the past have always said how useful they are and we’re happy to bring this opportunity to Wavendon and Cranfield.”
Wavendon Place is located close to Wavendon Golf Club off Fen Roundabout on Burney Drive in Wavendon and Cranfield Park is located on Pincords Land, off Mill Road in Cranfield. Both have a selection of new and energy efficient low maintenance homes available starting at £365,00 for a three bedroom home at Wavendon and £350,000 for a three bedroom home at Cranfield. There are also incentives available both for first time buyers and people with existing homes to sell.
