Bloor Homes recognised as a five-star housebuilder for customer satisfaction
National housebuilder Bloor Homes has received the coveted five-star rating from the National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey from the Home Builder Federation (HBF).
The five-star rating – the maximum a housebuilder can receive – is awarded when over 90 per cent of homeowners say they would recommend their new home to a friend.
Bloor Homes has now received the five-star rating for the fifth year in a row – marking the housebuilder as among the top and most respected housebuilders in the country.
The high ranking is testament to the hard work and commitment by the whole Bloor Homes team to providing extremely high levels of quality and customer service, before, during and after the construction of their new home.
Stewart Baseley, Executive Chairman of HBF said: “To have 90 per cent of consumers recommending you is a fantastic achievement and demonstrates the industry’s overwhelming commitment to delivering high levels of customer service”.
“Despite hundreds of thousands of homes being built each year, this year’s survey shows the vast majority of customers are happy with their purchase and the service provided by their builder.”
Andrew Marns and Richard Oldroyd, Divisional Chairmen for Bloor Homes, said: “To have achieved five-star status for a fifth consecutive year is a credit to all our teams who consistently put our focus on quality of our build and great customer service into practice. It reflects all the things we are doing right as a housebuilder.
“It begins when customers pay their first visit to us and continues to when they walk over the threshold of their new home and continues long after they’ve moved in by our Customer Care teams who look after our customer’s needs.
“Congratulations to everyone who has worked so hard to make our customer journey the five-star standard it is.”
