Bloor Homes holds two-day event to support those seeking family sized homes
Bloor Homes is hosting a two-day event at its Cranfield Park development on 16th and 17th September.
The event is designed to provide all the information people need whether they’re looking for a bigger family home, or seeking to downsize to a low maintenance, energy efficient property in Cranfield.
Jack Costello, Sales Director at Bloor Homes’ South Midlands region said: “The event is all about giving anyone looking for a new three or four bedroom home in the area all the intel they need to make informed decisions about moving to a brand new home here at Cranfield Park.
“As well as seeing the quality and style of our energy efficient three-bedroom Kipling showhome and four-bedroom Langley showhome, people can find out about our Assisted Move and Part Exchange schemes, both of which can facilitate a speedy move and take a lot of the stress out of the whole process.”
Jack adds: “We appreciate everyone’s circumstances are different, so whether people have an incumbent property to sell and need support with selling it, or they’re interested in part exchanging their existing home for a quicker move, our team can talk through how it all works. The events are designed to support decision-making by ensuring people are fully armed with all the options. When we’ve run similar events, they’ve been very well received.”
Assisted Move is Bloor Homes’ scheme to help people sell their home, providing support by arranging valuations for an existing property, instructing a local estate agency who knows the area to market the incumbent property at a price agreed in advance, keep vendors updated on their sale, reduce or even remove any fees, and take as much the hard work out of the selling process as possible, in order for people to secure their desired new home at Cranfield Park.
Part Exchange is exactly that - Bloor Homes will purchase an incumbent home at an agreed price, leaving the seller completely chain free - ideal for anyone looking to sell a property and move straight to a brand-new home at Cranfield Park. It guarantees no waiting or time wasters, and because there is no property chain, there’s no worry about whether a chain will complete in time either.
Staff from Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) the Mortgage Store will also be on hand on both days between 10am and 5pm to offer help and guidance on any financial steps people might need to take.
Cranfield Park is located on Pincords Land, off Mill Road in Cranfield and currently has a limited number of new homes ready to move into this Autumn starting at £350,000.
