BLOOR HOMES CHRISTMAS COMPETITION 2023: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! And if you’ve been part of our Bloor community for a while, you will know that it’s this time of the year when we love nothing more than to celebrate the fabulous festive styling in Bloor homes up and down the country. 

But this year, our plans are a little different!

With Christmas light trails becoming more popular, we were keen to create an enchanting Christmas trail of our own, but one you can enjoy from the comfort of your home.

Introducing.... The Bloor Homes Christmas Trail Competition!

The Bloor Homes Christmas Trail brings the magic of Christmas to your Instagram feed, one Bloor home at a time. But it’s not just bright lights and decorations you can look forward to in our Bloor Homes Christmas trail, it’s your chance to win one of three fabulous prizes! 

For your chance to win, you’ll need to look out for our 3 Christmas homeowner collaborations which include the hashtags - #BloorHomesChristmasTrailCompetition and #BloorHomesChristmasCompetition2023

Once you’ve located a participating home, follow these steps to enter the competition:

 

  1. Follow Bloor Homes and the collaborating Bloor homeowner on Instagram.

  1. Like the post.

  1. Guess the housetype of the homeowner's Bloor home in the comments and tag a friend.

BONUS ENTRIES – you can triple your chances of winning by entering the competition on each of the 3 collaborator posts we’ll be sharing in our Bloor Homes Christmas Trail as we run up to Christmas.

Terms and conditions:

 

  • This competition is open to UK residents only and you must be 18 years or older to enter. 

  • The competition is closed to employees of Bloor Homes and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

  • Automated or bulk entries from third parties will be disqualified.

  • The competition can be entered on Instagram only.

  • You can enter the competition as many times as you wish, but you must follow Bloor Homes and the Instagram reel collaborator, ‘like’ the Instagram reel, tag a friend in the comments of the Instagram reel and correctly guess the housetype of the featured Bloor home for your entry to qualify.

  • You must be following Bloor Homes and one of the 3 homeowner collaborators, liked a competition post, tagged a friend in the comments and guessed the housetype correctly in the comments on Wednesday 20th December for your entry to qualify.

  • There are 3 competition posts you can use to enter the competition – these are posted by the @bloorhomes Instagram channel as a collaboration with a Bloor homeowner and include the hashtags #BloorHomesChristmasTrailCompetition and #BloorHomesChristmasCompetition2023

  • The competition begins on 29th November 2023 and entries will close at 13:00 on Wednesday 20th December.

  • The 3 posts you can use to enter the competition will be shared between 29th November and Wednesday 20th December 2023.

  • The competition winner will be announced on either the 20th or 21st December 2023.

  • The winner will be informed of their win by direct message via @BloorHomes on Instagram and will be asked to provide contact details for their prize. The winner might also be contacted by the Bloor Homes PR team.

  • The competition winners will also be announced on Bloor Homes’ Instagram (@bloorhomes) and Facebook (@bloorhomes) pages.

  • By entering the competition, you are giving Bloor Homes permission to use your competition entry across their social media and off-line marketing materials.

  • There will be 3 winners only and the winners will win of 1 of 3 £100 John Lewis e-vouchers.

  • Winners will be selected by a random draw selection made from all qualifying entries.

  • There is 1 prize available to each of the 3 collaboration competition posts – one winner per collaboration.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
