Introducing the Swift; a wonderful one bedroom home available at a discounted price for local residents who meet the selected criteria†.
The open plan kitchen / dining / living room is the hub of the home, with plenty of room for everyone to put their feet up for a film night after a hearty homecooked meal. The kitchen is complete with Symphony kitchen units and worktops as well as an integrated oven.
The master is of a generous size, with space for your chest of drawers or wardrobes as well as a desk for working from home, which would be a well-lit workspace with the room flooded in light from the dual aspect windows. The bathroom benefits from all new Roca sanitary ware, including a full sized bath for those relaxing self-care evenings. There are also two storage cupboards to help keep things neat and tidy.
Outside, the Swift is complete with an allocated parking space.
