Getting to and from Rugby
Eden Park enjoys easy access to the likes of Birmingham, Coventry, Northampton, and Milton Keynes, with an access point to the M6 just 3 minutes’ drive away and the M1 just 7 minutes’ drive away.
We’re just 6 minutes’ drive from Rugby train station, with regular services to London Euston in under 90 minutes, as well as services to Manchester, Crewe, Birmingham, and Edinburgh.
There’s a bus stop 7 minutes’ walk away on Brownsover Lane, with services to Hillmorton and Rugby town centre.
Things to do in Rugby
Our new homes in Rugby are located just north of the Swift Valley Country Park, a 16-minute walk away. There are also several play parks within 10 minutes’ walk of our development - including Hazel Close, Aspen Road and Stretton Close – as well as a soft play centre – The Adventure Zone – 6 minutes’ drive away.
There’s also a gym – Nuffield Health Rugby - 6 minutes’ drive away too.
We’re less than 5 minutes’ drive from two retail parks; namely Elliott's Field Retain Park and Junction One.
At Elliott’s Field, you’ll find outlets like TK Maxx, River Island, Next, and Dunelm, whilst, at Junction One, you’ll find the likes of Currys, Wickes, The Range, and The Food Warehouse.
There’s also a Tesco Superstore about 5 minutes’ drive away.
Popular schools in Rugby
At Eden Park, we have a primary school on site – The Griffin Primary – where we offer classes for children from the ages of 2-11.
Apart from The Griffin though, there are also several primary schools within a few minutes’ drive of our development. These include:
● Brownsover Community School– 3 minutes’ drive from our development, Brownsover is an infant school, catering for children ages 3-10.
● The Revel Church of England School - The Revel is just 15 minutes’ drive from our development and accepts children between the ages 2 and 11.
● Boughton Leigh Junior School - Accepting students between 7 and 11, Boughton is located about 4 minutes’ drive from our development.
Rugby is also home to several secondary schools, including:
● The Harris Church of England Academy - An academy catering for children between the ages of 11-16. The Harris is a 12-minute drive from our development.
● Rugby Free Secondary School - Also 12 minutes’ drive away, the Rugby Free Secondary School offers classes up to sixth form
● Rugby High School - An all-girls secondary school that, however, does offer a mixed-gender sixth form option. The school is 14 minutes' drive away.
There’s also Rugby College, a 5-minute drive away, which, apart from offering higher education, also offers a number of apprenticeships as well as several adult learner and school leaver courses.
It should be noted that there are also 2 nurseries within 4 minutes’ drive of our development: Coton Park Day Nursery and Boughton Leigh Infant and Nursery School.
Living in Rugby
Located on the northern border of the town, our new builds in Rugby benefit from quick access to several urban amenities whilst also benefiting from the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside.
