Getting to and from Saltash
Located just off the Carkeel Roundabout, our new development offers quick access to nearby Saltash, just a 5-minute drive away.
Saltash train station is a 7-minute drive from our development. From Saltash, you can catch a direct train into Plymouth, with the regular GWR service getting you into the city in about 10 minutes. Other popular services include trains to the likes of Liskeard, Newquay and Bodmin.
There are also several bus stops near our development that offer direct services to Plymouth railway station, getting you to the station within 40 minutes (as well as to the city centre in about an hour).
From Plymouth train station, you can catch direct services to London Paddington via the GWR, which takes about 3 hours and 40 minutes. Other popular routes include services to cities such as Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Things to do in Saltash
A Waitrose with ample parking is just an 8-minute walk or 2-minute drive from our development. The supermarket is also near Screwfix, a Royal Mail post box, and a B&M Home store with a garden centre.
For a wider selection of shops and restaurants, head to the town of Saltash, just 5–10 minutes’ drive away, where you'll find a Co-op and a Morrisons.
Several leisure centres and parks are also nearby, including Saltmill Park, a 5-minute drive away, which features a football pitch, skate park, and BMX track.
There’s also the Saltash Leisure Centre, a 7-minute drive away, which offers a swimming pool as well as a gym.
