It's not just our homes we pride ourselves on, it's our locations too.
Recreation
There are many beautiful woodland walks, cycle paths and wildlife to discover in close proximity to the development, but if you wanted to venture a bit further, there is Daresbury village (birth place of Lewis Caroll), Norton Priory Gardens, Catalyst Science Discovery Centre and the Brindley Theatre to explore.
Transport Links
Beamish Place is located just off the A558 and within easy reach of the M56 for connections to Manchester and Chester, with the nearby Runcorn East train station providing rail links to Chester, Liverpool and Manchester.
Education
Families moving to Beamish place will find they don’t have to travel far to find good local schools. Windmill Hill Primary School is just a 10 minutes walk from the development, and achieved outstanding in its most recent Ofsted inspection. The state of the art Sandymoor High School and Sixth Form is located just around the corner from Beamish Place.
Shops
For all your everyday food essentials and more a brand new Co-op has just been built just a few minutes walk away from Beamish Place. A gorgeous bakery, Chatwins has opened next door. They are both located next to the vets and community centre.
