Getting to and from Newport Pagnell
Our new homes are just a 4-minute drive from the M1, which connects Newport Pagnell to the likes of London and Birmingham.
Other roads that pass-through Newport Pagnell include the A509 – which goes towards Wellingborough – and the A5 – which goes towards Towcester and Burbage.
Newport Pagnell is also served by 3 train stations, namely:
- Wolverton
- Bletchley
- Milton Keynes Central
All of which offer regular services to London and Birmingham.
You can also drive to Luton, from our development, in fewer than 30 minutes.
Things to do in Newport Pagnell
There are a number of parks within of few minutes’ drive of our development. These include Willen - a lakeside park that offers everything from paddleboarding and jungle gyms, to adventure golf and high ropes courses – and Pineham Park and Garden – known for its dog walking-friendly terrain and its extensive bike track.
There are also a few gyms less than a 3-minute drive away including Middleton Pool and Fitness Centre, Crossfit Milton Keynes, and Alchemise Yoga Studio.
For families with young children, there’s the 360 Play Centre a 10-minute drive away as well as Safari MK a 9-minute drive away.
There are a whole host of supermarkets within 3 miles of our development, including Co-Op, Asda and Morrisons.
Neighbouring Milton Keynes is also home to Midsummer Palace; a large shopping centre that counts brands such as Ted Baker, Reebok, Puma, Nike, LEGO, and Apple amongst its retail offering.
Popular schools in Newport Pagnell
There are several schools within a 6-minute drive of our development, including:
- Cedars – a primary school that caters to children ages 3-11.
- Portfields – which accepts children ages 4-11.
- Ousedale – a sixth form college catering to children ages 11-19.
- River Meadow – which offers both a nursery (for children ages 2-4) and a primary school (for children ages 4-11)
There’s also another nursery a 5-minute drive away, the Meadow View nursery.
Living in Newport Pagnell
Our homes are just 3 minutes’ drive away from Chrysalis Theatre, which regularly puts on dance classes. Gulliver’s Land Theme Park is similarly close, being just a 4-minute drive away.
At Gulliver’s Land, families, especially those with young kids, can enjoy riding on a monorail, playing around on the dodgems or taking a river tour.
If you’re feeling a little more adventurous, Woburn Safari Park is a 16-minute drive away and is home to lions, elephants, giraffes, and white rhinos.
There is also Xscape a short distance away with the Snozone, cinema and a number of eating establishments. If it is entertainment you are after Stadium MK at Bletchley is fully equipped for concerts, sporting events and performances
