Q. Will Bloor Homes stay open during lockdown?
A. Yes.  In line with government recommendations, we won’t be closing. Our virtual or 1-2-1 appointments are available to book with our Sales Teams via our website or telephone.
Q. Will Bloor Homes’ building sites stay open?
A. Yes, where people cannot work from home such as construction, they are allowed to continue working.  This is essential to keep the country operating as much as possible supporting vital sectors.
Q. What precautions is Bloor Homes taking to prevent the spread of coronavirus?
A. We will continue to follow government guidance and operate the strictest of health and safety procedures across all of our sites and sales offices. 
Q. My house is currently being built; will lockdown affect the completion time of my new home?
A. The housing market remains open; however, we will communicate with all of our customers and update them on the progress of their new home in line with our Customer Journey Procedure
Q. I’m thinking of buying a new home should I wait until after lockdown?
A. You don’t need to wait.  Our Sales Teams are available to provide all information regarding your enquiry and answer any questions you may have. 
Q. I’ve moved into my new house, can I contact Bloor Homes?
A. Yes. Our Customer Care teams will continue to support our Bloor Homes customers who may have any questions or queries. 
Q. Can tradespeople like plumbers and electricians come into my home?
A. Yes.  They will need to follow strict social distancing guidelines, but for anyone waiting for repairs on their home to be completed, the lockdown will not affect this necessary work being carried out. 
Q. Can I hire a removals company during lockdown?
A. Yes, removals firms are still able to operate during this period.
