Bringing strong leadership abilities, an exacting eye for technical detail and a thorough knowledge of planning and building regulations, you’ll work closely with senior colleagues to formulate and implement an effective regional strategy. You’ll also oversee everything from the delivery of sketch appraisals to the appointment of third party architects whilst obtaining any required licenses.

A calm and diplomatic approach is key as you’ll manage issues with contractors and suppliers, as well as delivering team appraisals.

While a relevant degree level qualification would be ideal, first-rate communication, negotiation and organisational skills are an absolute must. You should also be a real team worker with a tenacious and results-driven approach.
